Forward Ball Roll

It is a full body exercise which focuses on slow, deliberate movement (slower than in the graphic). It forces the core to activate in order to co-ordinate the movement required by both your upper and lower body to pull the body from the stretched out position back to the starting position.

Note: If you have a weak lower back, you should only perform this exercise under the supervision of a qualified professional.
