This website is designed to give you the ‘heads up’ on the things you need to know if your goal is to get a flat stomach and a great set of six pack abs. We’re not going to tell you to do a few crunches every day, just focus on strengthening your core and hey presto, you’ll get a flat stomach…for most people, it takes more than that.
